For the 95 manual, there is a wiring diagrams section. Find the pages that IRQ posted and there will be descriptions of the circuits in the manual. Don't worry, I'm not going to make you pay.
Find an old YJ harness (91 - 95) with a good Power Distribution Box . Cut off the box, leaving about a foot of wire left on it, then cut yours out and splice the new one in. Solder . Looks like a slot for a fuse that has been jumped. There may be a downwire fuse, but maybe not. I'd remove the jumper until you can figure out what it controls and if there is a .

Solder the joints and use heat shrink tubing on all the joints (make sure that you put the heat shrink onto each wire BEFORE starting to solder). Looks like a slot for a fuse that has been jumped.
